Book an Appointment

Please make sure to fill out your MedXpress online application prior to scheduling your appointment. You can put ‘Pending’ for the MedExpress confirmation number box in order to secure your appointment. However, you must send your MedExpress confirmation number to our info@nwaviationmedicine.com email at least one day prior to your appointment if at all possible.

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment date/time usually the same business day you book your appointment online.  It will contain a map with directions on how to get to the office once you’re on the Tacoma Narrows Airport and the gate code.  **Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don’t receive a confirmation email.
