Book an Appointment

Please make sure to fill out your MedXpress online application prior to scheduling your appointment. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment date/time usually the same business day you book your appointment online.  It will contain a map with directions on how to get to the office once you’re on the Tacoma Narrows Airport and the gate code.  **Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don’t receive a confirmation email.

You will also receive an intake form, which will ask for some demographics and the MedXpress confirmation number. Make sure to complete the intake form prior to your appointment.
