What is Commissioning Exam?

The commissioning exam plays an important role in helping candidates meet the necessary health and fitness standards for their roles. Similar to the U.S. Army’s procedures at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), this examination helps ensure that recruits are in good physical condition to manage the demands of basic training and military service. By completing this thorough evaluation, candidates can identify and address any potential health issues early, preparing them for the physical and mental challenges ahead.

This careful approach helps protect your health and contributes to the overall safety and efficiency of your future operations, ensuring you are well-prepared for your roles.

What should I expect during the commissioning exam?

The commissioning exam includes a comprehensive review of your medical history, a physical examination, and specialized tests for vision and hearing. The process is designed to ensure that you meet the health and fitness standards necessary for your role.

What happens if an issue is identified during the exam?

If a potential health issue is identified during the exam, the physician will discuss the findings with you and may recommend follow-up appointments, additional tests, or specific treatments. Addressing these issues early helps ensure you are fully prepared and fit for your role.
